Supply Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s supply chain activities, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics. This includes working with suppliers, production teams, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Manage the procurement process, including identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and minimize excess and obsolete inventory
- Work with logistics providers to coordinate transportation, delivery, and distribution activities
- Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement practices, and inventory management techniques
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience in leading and developing a team is preferred
