Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large and complex data sets to extract actionable insights and recommendations that will drive business decisions. This includes working with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs, developing dashboards and reports, and identifying trends and patterns in the data.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data analysis
- Collaborate with data engineers and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to support business decisions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and visualization
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in data analysis or business intelligence is preferred
