Robot Engineer
Full-Time | Shrewsbury
We are seeking a talented and motivated Robot Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic systems for a variety of applications. This includes working on the entire lifecycle of a project, from concept design to commissioning.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robotic systems for a variety of applications
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implement and test software for controlling robot systems
- Develop and maintain documentation for all aspects of the project
- Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure project objectives are met
- Conduct tests and experiments to validate system performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of robotic system design and implementation
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++, and Java
- Familiarity with robotics software frameworks such as ROS
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in designing, developing, and implementing robotic systems is preferred
